And I'm Andrew.
And we are on a quest to find and review restaurants in Provo.
This journey started oddly enough on my Birthday. I was in the mood to eat some good food with good friends. One of my roommates had heard from an acquaintance that there was this hole-in-the wall place (the good kind) that that served beer-battered onion rings. I was like “How can I say no to that?!” So we headed over to the restaurant-that-shall-not-be-named and to my displeasure ate onion rings from a bag and microwaved hamburgers on stale buns. I wouldn't normally complain, but it was my birthday. I couldn't believe that any decent human being would suggest this place and that I hadn't heard about it. I just kept saying, "How did we not know how bad this is?"
So, we got to thinking how the Provo/Orem area needs a reliable source for reviewing and discussing local eateries. With a smart phone nowadays, you have access to Yelp, Trip Advisor, or Google Reviews wherever you are, but too much of what you read is like this:

Or…this!

This project has one sole purpose: to provide balanced, detailed information about local eateries so that you never have to worry too much about what you are going to eat and where you are going to eat it. With each review we will include essential aspects of the eating experience such as service, ambiance, pricing, cuisine type, and most important of all—taste.
We hope that this will never be a finished project. We want our readers to have access to the same kind of information that we want ourselves. As the project begins, we need your help to know if there is anything we should include, especially places we should eat.
So comment away, and from both of us,
Happy eating!
